Project Background

The client is a scientific and technological innovative company with independent intellectual property rights focusing on in vitro diagnostic reagents, medical testing equipment, medical health materials and dressings, POCT independent diagnosis and other fields. It needs to develop a fully automatic sample pre-processing instrument control system to realize the automatic one-button operation of biological detection sample pre-processing, with high human nature and convenient operation. And the operation is completed on the touch display, there is no external button, to avoid the damage of line aging and other problems, low technical requirements for operators, suitable for grass-roots operators.

Project Introduction

The automatic equipment pre-processing instrument circuit control system includes: instruction input module, display module, main control module, acquisition module, driving module and single chip microcomputer group. The automatic biological sample pre-processing instrument, which integrates the functions of adding liquid, stirring, heating and centrifugation required for sample pre-processing, realizes the full automation of sample pre-processing, and has the characteristics of large sample throughput, simple operation, safety and efficiency.
