With the continuous expansion of industrial production scale and the continuous innovation of production equipment, the boiler, which serves as the power and heat source for the entire plant, has been developing towards large capacity, high parameters, and high efficiency. The operating temperature of the boiler is an important indicator for the safe and stable operation of industrial steam boilers. If the temperature is too high, the separation of water and steam will be poor, causing the heat exchanger tubes to scale, reducing the heat transfer efficiency, and seriously affecting production and safety. If the temperature is too low, it will disrupt the water circulation in some parts of the water wall, and cannot meet the process requirements, seriously affecting production and even causing the boiler to explode. Therefore, in order to ensure safety and stable production, improve the economic efficiency of the boiler, and precisely control the boiler temperature within a reasonable range, it becomes increasingly important.
Developed based on the WPF framework, the system integrates Direct 3D rendering, GO language, automation instrumentation, communication technology, and data automated acquisition technologies to achieve intelligent control of the boiler’s inlet and outlet water temperatures. It also monitors the equipment’s operating state in real-time and provides fault warnings, enabling operators to modify the operating parameters in time according to the equipment’s operating state, effectively reducing the well-known fatigue and errors, and improving the real-time and safety of the production process; at the same time, it is developed based on a distributed architecture to achieve centralized management of multiple equipment, effectively improving the efficiency of boiler production.
