The solution

This temperature control system breaks through the two major difficulties of experimental environment temperature identification and gradient program hierarchical management. Through the core functions of temperature timing control management, temperature gradient creation and preservation, gradient program running pause and other core functions, it realizes the precise control of sample temperature, especially the time control of each temperature value, and then performs denaturation, annealing and polymerization on the amplified DNA fragments. Assist researchers to conduct in-depth research on DNA polymerase.
