Custom Development of Upper Computer Software for Aerosol Jet Printing Control System

Case Introduction

This software is primarily a desktop application designed to manage and control the aerosol device for spray adhesive printing. This printing method involves the formation of aerosols from nanoscale conductive inkwater through ultrasonic vibration or airflow. The aerosol is then transported to the print nozzle using a carrier gas (atomization), and the conductive ink is printed onto the desired substrate. Additionally, the aerosol printing process utilizes a stream of shielding gas to cover the exterior of the conductive ink, controlling the direction of the printing airflow and ensuring the precision of the printing.
