Project Background

The property management software is developed according to customer requirements of a housing management software, mainly for the major hotel apartments to provide more convenient room management services.

Project Introduction

The project development is divided into two ends: the landlord end and the tenant end. CI is used as the framework, PHP is used as the development language to build a management background for development, and the service provider provides the relevant APP service agreement.
Youchuang provides smart access control, Bluetooth unlocking, work order repair, announcement release, mobile payment, remote signing, online renewal and cancellation solutions for the project.

Main functions

The landlord can fully control the housing information through the landlord end and understand the housing rental status information in real time. Tenants can realize Bluetooth unlocking, online renewal/cancellation of rent, and understanding of current month and historical consumption details through the tenant terminal.
